The Best Brunch in Park City: Five5eeds

Some may argue that the best brunch in Park City is the over-the-top Sunday buffet at Stein Eriksen Lodge. And while we love a good feast (and a good Bloody Mary—and Stein’s knows how to do one right), sometimes we’re just not that hungry for a large meal at the beginning of the day. So instead, we head down to Snow Creek Drive to dine at the Aussie-inspired Five5eeds.

This hip, hopping eatery is known for it’s breakfast and lunch menu featuring delicious and nourishing eats. Dishes are crafted with local, seasonal produce and include Australian favorites such as Tim Tams (Australia’s national cookie). The husband and wife duo behind Five5eeds, Andrew and Tiffany Percy, wanted to recreate the popular breakfast joints (also known as “brekkies”) they frequented while growing up in Australia.

Don’t miss the beautiful berry-topped Hot Cake made with lemon infused mascarpone, and, our personal favorite, the savory Waffle & Chook: a spinach, chorizo, and halloumi waffle topped with crispy fried chicken. Other stars include the Shakshouka—Moroccan baked eggs with feta, dukkah, and toast—and the Pulled Pork Benedict, made with pulled pork, poached eggs, rich apple cider hollandaise and Granny Smith apples on toast. To drink, enjoy their selection of coffee, tea, and fresh juices. There’s also a kid’s menu for little ones.
